Directions
Capsules: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules in the morning with food. Cream: Wash hands before and after applying about a fingertip amount directly to skin. Do not exceed 3 times daily. For temporary relief from minor aches and pains associated with simple back pain, arthritis, inflammation, strains, bruises and sprains.
Warnings
Cream: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, open wounds, or mucous membranes. Do not use with heating pad. Consult a physician if you have redness over or around the affected area (discontinue use) and before using on a child under 8 years of age with arthritis-like conditions. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
