Directions
Capsules: take 2 capsules 30 minutes before your workout and 2 capsules after. On rest days, take 2 capsules with breakfast. Powder: mix 1 heaping scoop in 4 oz of water or a beverage. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before your workout and 1 serving after. On rest days, take 1/2 serving with breakfast.
